PHASE ONE: CONCEPT + BRIEF
Through an in-person consultation or video call, we collaboratively explore your project in detail to define a clear brief and scope of works. This stage considers key requirements, constraints, timeline, budget, and the overall vision, establishing a strong foundation for the design process.PHASE TWO: DESIGN DOCUMENTATION
Following concept approval, a comprehensive construction drawing set is prepared, including floor plans, elevations, detailed joinery, and accompanying schedules. We remain in close collaboration with the client throughout this stage, reviewing drawings together and making considered refinements as required.PHASE THREE: SOURCING
This phase evolves alongside the project documentation, focusing on the refinement of materials, lighting, and fittings. Selections are carefully considered and resolved, with material samples provided to the client. Where possible, clients are encouraged to visit showrooms to experience finishes and fixtures firsthand.PHASE FOUR: CONSTRUCTION
As a primarily remote designer working on projects across Australia, I do not provide hands-on involvement during the construction phase. Once the documentation stage is complete, clients can engage their own trades and proceed with construction.
However, I remain available to provide ongoing guidance and support from afar, ensuring the design integrity is maintained and the project is carried through to completion. I am always on hand to offer direction and answer questions as the project progresses.
